The air conditioning barely worked. The room was uncomfortably hot . The bed was hard and gave me back ache. The pillows were too flat.

The pool area provided great music and helpful staff were always available.
The room I was assigned had an issue I found unacceptable the air conditioning leaked and soaked my bag I expected better maintenance.

i appreciated the modern design of the rooms. the huge mirror in the bathroom was a dream! the location proved convenient, with the buzz of san antonio just steps away. also, the staff surprised me with a thoughtful birthday gift of champagne.
the noise from nearby establishments was somewhat noticeable at times.
